"Nice atmosphere for dinner with friends or family. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions. I would give 5 stars if they were more variety for gluten-free sushi rolls. They had a few options, but mostly basic roles. Due to the not able to set the special rolls gluten-free, the server suggested that I select another item. I had rice noodles and Gf roasted rice, both of which were tasty."

"Although it is advertised as an “All you can eat” style restaurant, we were only able to order once! After we got first order, we waited for second order for more then 20min. At that point we asked them when our food is coming, because after all, we did pay for an hour and half, and if our second order we ordered AFTER the first order was completely eaten. (We tried to order in advance while we were eating the first order knowing the wait time would be long, to which the owner asked, “Are you going to finish that?” We understood that there would be a fee if we didn’t finish, but we didn’t order more than we could eat. After all, that was only the first order. Regardless, we finished our first order then ordered the second one)The response was “some other people been waiting for hours” I understand it is Father’s Day weekend and it is busy, but what kind of service attitude is that? And to top it off, the sushi chef yelled at us saying, “Do you want to eat? Then be quiet”. It wasn't like we were begging for food, being aggressive, or being loud! And on top of that all, they never uttered an apology, even after ruining a 17 person family dinner! I am also in the service industry, but I would never treat my customers with this level of disrespect and aggression!"

"We were craving sushi delivery in Brooklyn and decided to try out Ako Asian Fusion. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious their tempura was - so crunchy and perfectly cooked! We ordered shrimp and vegetable tempura. They also offer a special deal of 8 rolls for $40, which includes 2 sides (choices are miso soup or salad, or one of each). We appreciated that they don't overload their rolls with rice. I asked for 4 rolls with no rice to fit my keto diet. The only item we didn't enjoy was the eel, as it had too many bones. We also tried their tri-color summer rolls, which were fantastic. If you haven't ordered from them on Seamless before, you may be eligible for a 25% discount."

"Wakamatsu is a place that reminds me of my mother who loves sushi. Through all the years of my life and hers in Queens, Wakamatsu was the place she always went to for tasty sushi.The inside is cozy and the screens that separate the tables provides a nice amount of privacy. Our table was always the nearest one to the window.I explored much of her taste in sushi, only to develop my own, more pickier than hers. As of now, I usually order the tempura shrimp roll. I'll also get a miso soup and my favorite drink, a peach tea snapple. Sometimes I try to be adventurous, however I think I'll always be defined by my picky tastes in life.We know there seemed to be a change in management around 4 years ago or so. The woman we were used to seeing behind the table no longer was there as she was previously. However we're glad the wonderful food never changed once. We hope she's doing well."

"I was looking for sushi while I was traveling, and I went here because it was receiving good reviews from Google. There was wide tables and bar table, so you can enjoy your meals with family or friends or alone. There are various menus such as sushi, sushi rolls, sashimi, ramen, etc. Especially, sushi rolls have a variety of options, you can choose one that suits your taste. Sashimi’ slices are very thick, so you can enjoy a wonderful texture and taste. Ramen is well matched with the other menus. Make sure to eat them together. At First time, I ate sushi for takeout. The food was well packed and maintained freshness. And next time, when I ate it in the restaurant, I can feel that all the staffs were very pleasant and kind. And the food service was quick that I had a great time for enjoy meal. Next time, I'll have sake or wine or beer with food in the restaurant. I strongly recommend this sushi restaurant."

"My boyfriend and I decided at the last minute to go to Ra. He actually talked me into it. Went ahead and used the OpenTable app to make a reservation, just in case. Arrived and were greeted by 2 really nice hostesses. Immediately upon entry you could feel how COLD it was inside. It felt like the air was blowing on high and the temperature was down like REALLY LOW. The place was extremely loud inside. Most of the noise was coming from the inside bar area as the dining room floor area at the time only had 4 parties seated, 2 of those parties were 2 person parties. Please keep in mind we went at 11:30pm and they close at 1am. There were more customers outside dining on the patio. Which could have been because it was so cold inside. It was so cold, I had my boyfriend go back to the car to get a blanket for the both of us (we didn’t have any jackets). Our waiter rushed our dinner service, because apparently he was supposed to be cut from the floor but wasn’t. It made me feel uncomfortable, but I made it through. The happy hour was 10pm-Close. The salmon nigiri was on happy hour, so I ordered that. It was AMAZING. *chef’s kiss* We also ordered the edamame and pork gyoza, which were on the happy hour menu. Both were just okay. For entrees we both ordered the filet, chicken and colossus shrimp hibachi. THAT WAS WELL WORTH THE PRICE! Lastly, we ordered the surf and turf specialty roll. It wasn’t that great, compared to other surf and turf rolls from other sushi restaurants. We had hot sake, which was okay. Overall it was OKAY. I probably won’t come back because of how cold it was. I couldn’t really enjoy my dinner, I had to take it to go. I’m sure when the restaurant is packed it’s probably not that cold, or when it’s not close to closing. Who knows."

"Right off the bat we were greeted by Nhan our wonderful server. She made sure that we were satisfied from the start. Treated us like we were having family dinner at her place. Hubby had eggdrop soup said it was the best he's ever had. I had the vegetable soup it was amazing. Pan seared dumplings were totally authentic and OMG. Our entrees we had the salt and pepper pork loin and moo goo gui pan. Served family style. It was the best food and experience that we've had. We will definitely be back."

"Second time visitor. First rate sushi as well as other good menu items. Odd greeting at 6 :05 for a 6:15 reservation, oh there you are, we 've been waiting for you and the reserved table was a high top. Wasn 't worth a 30 minute wait to turn it down. Waitress service was very good including following the request to bring things as they were available instead of some other protocol. Will be back and request regular table ahead of time. "The food is really good...one of those hole in the wall places that at first glance you may not want to eat there....but you should. Service? They get cooked and to you quickly but man they are just short of rude, you say how y 'all doing or something that has nothing to do with you buying something it 's strange looks and walking away lol foods actually good so if they work on making the dining area look better and fix the attitude they 'd definitely be more popular."
