"Unbelievable rude. I 've been ordering from them for years. Today we ordered Family dinner shrimp in lobster sauce. I am vegetarian and right away I felt the meat in it. The lady told me they put pork in the lobster sauce. There is no note about the pork in the lobster sauce. She directed me to look under seafood and see what the put in it. Such a stupid statement. A customer is not expected to read the whole menu to see what they put in. The ingredients they use need to be under each category, not in a different area on the menu. I tried to tell her about the law in the US, and said that she can get into big trouble if a customer gets sick. Her answer was : I have insurance what? How rude. She doesn 't understand that if sued she needs to pay the bills. Then I told her that I file a complaint against her with BBB and the Attorney General. and she said : how you gonna do that? Wow. This woman has no clue about those organization are and the law in this country. Wow. Not one time she said sorry. She refused to give me.my money back. She also argued that I paid more for the rest of the food that came with. Which was $12.95 vs just the entree $9.95. she argued withe about a few dollars when she can get into big trouble. Her rudeness is outrageous. I also told her that she lost me as customer. And she said we don 't need you. Wow! Another rude answer."

"The best of the best… say what? Say no less…By far, the best Americanized Chinese food I’ve ever had having travel from the east coast to the west coast and back again. Highly recommend the classic dishes like orange chicken, fried rice, and crab Rangoon! But don’t come without trying their fried chicken wings, teriyaki beef, and teriyaki chicken cause they’re the freshest fried meats in town. To compliment your meal, go for the sweet iced tea (their ice is perfectly fine and tea is ever perfectly sweet too… leaving me wanting more !The only con… I really wished our orders didn’t take that long cause I’m always ready to eat! Truly understand that they’re stacked with orders with how delicious food is and you can physically see bags and bags lined up ready for pickup.Yours truly-a longtime fan :"
