"$10 covered my meal and tip. Be advised there is a language barrier, but the menu is easy to read and prices are completely within reason and meets my budget. A handful of noodle and rice dishes, but all of them feel appropriate for the location. I had beef Ramen, and it was obviously made from scratch and not just a base. It came with hot tea. I was turned away at first, language barrier, but I will likely be eating here throughout my business trip."
