"Literally the worst taco bell branch I have ever been to on a consistent basis. I will no longer eat there after multiple order mess ups. Last time we went we got a taco that they had forgotten to put meat into at all and tonight's food was ice cold, prepared with the wrong meat, and the other half the order just missing from the bag. "Disgusting. Cinnamon twists taste like chemicals. Quesadillas taste like trash. It seems like they haven't cleaned the place in forever. I actually vomited, after they screwed up my order. "Stopped by this Taco Bell on Sloan Road on the way to work this morning to get another sample of that new Breakfast Wrap. This shop is attractively set out on a small knoll with a wraparound drive through. They even have an outdoor patio with ramada for enjoying this lovely fall weather. Well, the breakfast wrap was good and filling enough without the extra hash browns or sweet cream dough balls provided in their Box. The extra spice kick was just enough to keep it interesting. At $3.89 it is actually quite a an excellent deal. Downside was the coffee. Although no sugar was requested and repeated when asked by the order taker, it was still plied with sugar when opened at my desk. That, and the strange engineering of the coffee cups makes for a challenging transport. The corrugated sleeve is glued to the paper cup, which seems to partially deform the round lip on top. This causes the plastic cover to fail to smoothly snap over the edge, living small gaps for coffee to leak out. By the time I arrived at work there was a puddle of java in the cup holder and drippage when lifted out. You and my pants know the rest... So, two visits to local Taco Bells. Both had tasty food, but secondary service issues. If I can tolerate those errata, I will likely try again in the not to distant future."

"I went through the drive-thru for my order and the service was good. Unfortunately the drive-thru worker wasn't having a day. She was mean, but not friendly. I guess at that time I came, she was tired. But the food was very good and I enjoyed it sooo much. I pray before she get off, her day get better. "The night manager seemed to dislike working at Taco Bell, which is understandable given their lack of people skills. Is it really that difficult to include hot sauce in a bag? A little politeness toward customers wouldn't hurt, nor would it kill anyone to say “thank you, come again.” Perhaps it would be better for them to find a job that doesn’t require interaction with people. This Taco Bell should be avoided at all costs. It’s simply disgusting."

"The menu here is a little more limited than you'd expect from locations in the US, but the quality seems to be about on par. Interior is nicely done with a good amount of seating. Prices are similar to other fast food chains in the area. I personally preferred the pork carnitas over the seasoned ground beef in the crunchwrap. Loaded fries were surprisingly good as well."

"After a 4-month journey through 14 different states, I recently returned and found myself frequenting Taco Bell often during that time. However, the Taco Bell I visited this time seemed to be cutting corners. Despite being cheap, my Power Bowl was dry and lacking in avocado ranch sauce. The steak and fries burrito I ordered had only a few pieces of steak, which was disappointing. I've had numerous issues at this location in the past, as it seems they constantly skimp on toppings. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for sauce, as they barely provided any. I'm sure they would have tried to charge me for it. I'll give them another chance this time, but I'm not sure if I'll be back again."

I think there’s what, 4 complete chips in the bag? Even the Power Bowl salad is really skimpy. I know food costs have gone up, but your quantity has decreased substantially while your prices have increased. We visit here at least 3 x/ week. Total was $12.50 for these plus a drink?? "This is the only best Taco bell. Not only will you get a full taco or burrito, but it will be fresh, any motherhood. The staff is incredibly friendly and personal. They'll know you by name when you're a regular. Usually a cube to taco bell when you get decent food. Not here, it's always delicious and well prepared. "Order was wrong 3 tines for the same two items. I work in fast food so I tried to make it as simple as I could and it was still wrong so instead of them having to remake it a 4th time I just decided I'm going to hand it out to some homeless people and eatsome where else. "Lobby is not open for some odd reason, even though every other restaurant is fully open for business. The line through the drive through is ungodly long, and takes forever to get your food. I work for doordash and they need to figure out a way to streamlinethese orders. Some of the staff, seems less than happy to either be working, or are just not a good people person. Not surewhats going on, but I'm sure they have lost a lot of business because of the way its being run, and no access to the lobby."
