"The restaurant was pleasant, but the service could have definitely been improved. The waitress was adequate, but the food arrived lukewarm after a long wait. Another family came in and received their hot and ready food promptly. The staff seemed preoccupied and unengaged, standing around chatting amongst themselves. We felt neglected and unwelcomed as no one approached us or offered assistance for 30 minutes before being attended to."
