"Hostess told me we didn’t have a reservation. I showed her my app that I had a reservation, showed where I wrote “Looking forward to meeting Evan Engram” and I showed her my received text and my text confirming my reservation. She went to get manager and he said he cancelled Open Table. Hostess sat us at a table outside the football signing room. I was pretty upset especially since I made these special reservations for the meet and greet of Giants football player Evan Engram weeks ago! Sangria was tasty. Dinner came out quick. Turkey burger was tasty. Toasted bun with “vibe” written on it was cool. Pizza was good, but extremely cheesy. Manager came over to the table to apologize again. My son waited in line with another boy for meet and greet. Football player was late. Tinted doors closed and I couldn’t see my son from our table. I walked in the closed room to wait with him and suddenly someone asked if we had a ticket. What ticket? No one ever mentioned a ticket! We had to get out of the line and purchase a ticket from the front of the restaurant and get back on the line. All in all, after all this chaos, the meet and greet with Evan Engram for my son made it all worthwhile. We even stayed to order a Brownie sundae which was yummy. We will be back, but we won’t be booking our reservation with Open Table for this restaurant ever again."

"This place is lovely and intimate. It has the feel that a restaurant in this sleepy little town should have. The tables are very close together which for me is awesome because I get to look at what everyone else is ordering, but don't go there for a quiet romantic for two dinner or if you need privacy. The evening our party of four was there we had the butternut squash soup, the lobster wedge salad, the fresh greens salad, the lobster roll, the halibut in curry and the ribeye with spinach and mushroom sides. All was amazing and raved over except the ribeye and sides. It was cooked perfectly but incredibly salty. We are all real salt lovers and had been told by friends that they had had a salty experience with the steak and we kind of poopooed that because they eat almost no salt, but the couple that had it on this trip were sucking down water by the end of it. So, we highly recommend everything else except the ribeye unless you ask the kitchen to hold most of the salt which chef run restaurants tend to turn a stink eye at, so maybe just order something else. The only other complaint came from the wine drinkers as the managermaitre d' came to repour wine and poured both glasses but because there was maybe two ounces left in the bottle just proceeded to top of one of the drinkers and leave with the bottle. Being a restaurant worker myself, I am sure he did it to clear the table, but it goes against wine etiquette to top off like that when not asked to. Anyway, overall an excellent experience with a couple of minor tweaks needed. Would have no qualms about returning"

"I will start off by saying my wife and I did not eat lunch/dinner here, but did have breakfast two days in a row while staying at the Omni so this review is based solely off of our breakfast experience. Day one I opted for the breakfast buffet which if you?re not sure what to order , this would be your go to choice. Endless amounts of bacon, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, meat and cheese trays, chobani yogurts, a bread/bagel/pastry section, dry cereals, you get the point. I had a little of everything and was STUFFED. The breakfast buffet included an omelette bar and a fresh made waffle bar which I also indulged in. The wife had the French toast which is phenomenal if you like a sweeter breakfast. Brioche bread French toast style, berries and cream, syrup ,sweet and delectable and buttery. One the best French toast dishes I?ve ever had. Day 2 this time i opted for the chilaquiles which is essentially fresh made tortilla chips, scrambled eggs, queso fresco cheese, ranchero sauce and sliced avocado in a cast iron skillet amazing ! Waitress warned me it was spicy , I didn?t care she wasn?t lying. I cleared the whole plate and it was delicious , but I was definitely sweating when I was through . On day 2 , my wife loved the French toast so much she ordered it again ! It really is that good . Service was attentive and friendly , and they have great coffee roast if you love coffee. All in all very impressed with the breakfast here. The view is also amazing during the morning as the daylight shines through the glass windows and ceiling and the bay is in view."
