"This is a Japanese restaurant with a family-style atmosphere. It gets busy during peak hours and the food tastes and looks like something your mom would make. Don't expect any surprises in presentation or flavor. The nabe udon we ordered was a bit soggy, possibly overcooked in the hotpot. We were surprised that such an authentic restaurant served tempura and grilled mackerel fish without daikon, but they will provide it upon request. If you're not a fan of fancy Japanese cuisine, this is a good spot for a casual meal."
