"I was to meet two friends at noon. Made my open table reservation and confirmed with my friends. I arrived on time but did not see my friends. I gave the hostess my name and she checked me in. I waited for my friends but after about 7 minutes was seated. I sat at the table and waited another 15 minutes. Finally I recognized someone. The hostess sat my friends at a separate table. We got together, no apology nothing. On leaving I told the hostess that we deserved an apology, and while chewing her food she was unapologetic except sat it once’s while yammering, not cool I want to tell management . My friends were not happy either"
