"This place should be closed down. First, we were accommodated by the door on a very cold night. We kept asking them to close the door, but it was useless. Second, we stayed 2 hours because the service was nonexistent. Third, we ate mostly salads and ended up paying over $400! Fourth, the food is not fresh. This is embarrassing. The lettuce and kale were wilted. Fifth, I contacted the owner directly but he never replied to me. So, I left a review on Yelp. The owner then replied to my review saying that he apologizes, but he guarantees that my salad was not wilted but fresh. Now how in the world would he know this? He was not at the restaurant on than night; we asked to speak to the owner and they told us that he was not there. So how would he know that the salad was fresh? That is insulting. I sincerely say that this is the worst dining experience I had so far in my life. As I said, this restaurant is bad and I would never consider dining here again. Nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. I know that this is a harsh review. I typically try to be nice to everyone and understanding of situation. But this is too much and deserves to be reported. I DO NOT WANT MY MONEY BACK. I want to inform people about the low quality and service of your establishment."
