"When fortunate food can instantly take you to a place that once created memories that you hold so close to your heart. I love to travel and with the world dealing with this pandemic as we are.... it was extra special to visit Austin Daniels NY Soup Exchange today. I had a pint of their seafood Gumbo and it immediately brought me to Galatoire’s on Bourbon St. in Nola where I first fell in love with gumbo and creole cooking. After the 15 minute chow session that had me looking as if I haven't had a meal in ages I found myself having to call the Owner Kenny to thank him. What a pleasant conversation and I promised him like Arnold said it best but I will be BACK!!!!!! Amazing food!!!!!"
