"Might have been one of the worst service experiences at a restaurant I’ve had in the last 10 years in New York. First round of drinks come out and the server spills it all over my pants. No apologies just a comment on how they filled the glass to the top. Second round of drinks came out and tasted completely different and undrinkable. The servers response was to wait 15 mins for our new drinks to come out as they needed to make more juice for the drink I ordered (so they knowingly served a subpar drink in the first place). After sitting at the table for 2 hours our entrees never came out. When we asked a server about it he came back to the table and accused us of never putting them in because they had no record of it. And then made an excuse about how they were busy and might’ve missed it. No apologies or acknowledgement that they messed up. After over 2 hours we left and grabbed dinner elsewhere.There are much better places in the area that know how to run a business."
