"1). we had to reserve more ealier than what we wanted, because everything was apparently booked after 15:45 clock. when we arrived, there were only 4 other families throughout the restaurant. 2. it was hot and stuffy, no A/C. we asked 2 or 3 times if they could switch on the A/C or at least let one kind of air circulate through opening some doors, but no. the waitress said that it is switched on only when a certain capacity is reached. so the heat felt bad. very unpleasant. 3. false advertising, my drink should be served with dry ice cream, but it had regular ice. a steak dinner should come with garnel and not. two of the meals we wanted came with pommes, but only 1 would they have because they ran out of kartoffels. steak was salty and dried. 4. we canceled the rest of our command because we had reached our limit of disappointment, but we were forced to pay what was already sent to the chefs, whatever we paid for it, we wanted to go just because it was a double birthday. 5. we grabbed it and left katrina."
