"The true kosher deli is a dying breed. There are kosher style deli's out there like Katz. However the food is not kosher. You can taste the difference in kosher meat. The flavors are better the quality is better. If you like old school Ben's has a dish called beef in the pot. It literally is the kitchen sink. Short ribs, Matzo ball, kreplach, noodles, peas carrots in real chicken broth. Better not eat two meals before having this. The short rib meat literally falls of the bone. Very flavored. Try it with a little horse radish. There sandwich selections also great. This is a kosher gastronomy delight."
