"I was at this point and the now closed short pump location many times. I was happy to come here. Let me also say that I have supported this restaurant in the last two years when times were not normal. I have done several times, and I have also ordered a number of times from the food truck. Unfortunately, during and after the COVID, I just had too many experiences where I felt unwilling. There is always plenty of space inside, but during my visit today during lunch there was not one person inside. In other recent visits, the place was basically empty. Staff for me is the biggest problem of the restaurant. They literally make the feeling they're a burden as soon as you walk in the door. There is never someone who works in front when you enter, but they always come out of the back and give you the impression that you have interrupted what they only did. Tik Tok, maybe? After you order while a person prepares your meal, the other one already rings you in the register and hollering the entire line after you while still in the process of your order with the other person. Today, as well as any other recent visit, instead of ever wondering whether you're eating in or if you want to go your order, it will simply go into a bag in a container. Basically, they're okay, here's your salad, please go. That was not obviously said, only the mood they give you. I ate my meal in the car, and honestly the ambience was better. Perhaps it had to do with the fact that I no longer wear a mask, especially in a completely empty restaurant that the masked, self-righteous guard employees feel the need to make me ostracize every time I get in there? Are we not ridiculous about this level? As far as food is concerned, it was okay, and I will give the food an extra star. I mean, it's hard to screw everything up when it's bacon... even a salad, right? However, I am amazed that a restaurant with salads does not have romaine salad as an option for greens. Finally, I will say that I do not need an answer that requires another chance. Scroll through the reviews I've seen. The truth is that I have already given a lot of chances and this review should have been left before six visits. I wish good luck. I don't want to see this business nearby as they had to do with the short pump location, regardless of whether I apply it or not. I think the current staff that represents the company is doing very badly."
