"I did not enjoy the food at this restaurant, particularly the sushi. The fish tasted like it was not fresh. I also bought a lettuce-wrapped burger for my husband to have for dinner, but after one bite, he immediately discarded it because the meat had a strong odor. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Was excited to try this place considering it's notoriety of quality and consistent dishes across all of it's locations. We had reservations and were sat immediately. The restaurant had a modern artistic look to it and appeared very classy. It wasn't too loud either. First up were cocktails and the lychee martini was so good we ordered another for dessert. It was very smooth and had a pleasant taste. Many of the menu items were offered as small plates so we were happy that we could try multiple things off the menu and not get overwhelmingly full. We started with the shishito peppers as an appetizer and then followed up with a cold dish and a warm dish. Our cold dish was the crispy rice with spicy tuna. It was a one-bite dish that was so delicious we wanted to order more but held off to be able to try other menu items haha. Our warm dish was the wagyu dumplings and they were just as good. For dessert, we ordered the warm date cake with gelato and it was unbelievable. I had never seen dates on a dessert menu and with it being made into a cake it was amazing! Our server was on top of everything. I accidentally spilled my drink at some point and he quickly cleaned it up for us and offered new napkins and drinks. He also gave us great suggestions for where to get drinks afterwards so we could continue the night. Overall, it was a beautiful place to enjoy dinner"

"The gnats!!! OMG! There were gnats everywhere. Gnats in the food, gnats all over us. And they were relentless. Whack one and others move in! The food was passable but horrendously expensive. My steak seemed to have more fat than meat. Wife's meal was good she said. Three of us with entrees and one drink each had a bill $203.20. So, eh, I can think of better ways to spend $200."

"I recently visited this restaurant for brunch and ordered their steak plate. The timing of the dishes served with the entrée was a bit off, as I ended up eating my steak before receiving my bacon and asparagus. The steak itself was tasty but on the smaller side. Overall, I found the prices to be overly expensive for the amount of food my partner and I received. I may opt to stick to happy hour specials in the future instead."

"Our first time here and definitely a favorite Asian Fusion Restaurant. Big hot and acid soup (we had only one not so big of Han Dynasty) and Chicken Satay, along with the tasteful Precious Roll and Yummy Roll. Very recommended! We'll be back. Update 2/23/22 Cam back for the nth time and this place never disappointed. The service is friendly and food is amazing. We always get the chicken Satay (under delicate, juicy piece of meat), but today we have tried something new from the Beijing Style Pork and it was amazing!"

"When I was in the other places, I was disappointed that they served Hibachi, but the food was actually cooked in a kitchen. There were 7 of us and then another group of 7 and another family with like 5 children. I felt we had to scream or stand up and move to talk to someone."

"I ordered takeout from Sakana and was pleasantly surprised. I got the Bento box and asked for the tempura shrimp and tofu teriyaki. I couldn't believe how big the box was and wasn't expecting to see tempura vegetables too! The tempura shrimp were a nice size. This bento box was very satisfying and delicious with the array of sauces that came with mine. The california roll was fresh and tasty. There was also another item in the box that I'm not sure what it is called but it was also good. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The Bento Box was more than amazing and totally worth it. Thanks Sakana Japan!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the tofu "ceviche" made with extra firm tofu in a spicy lime sauce, which became my boyfriend's favorite dish of the night. I loved the soy glazed baked tofu, sliced and coated in a sticky soy sauce. The veggie tacos were also a hit, and we regretted only ordering two instead of four. The artichoke salad was tasty, and we assume their other salads are equally delicious. We also tried the brussel sprouts and cauliflower side dishes made vegan. The brussels were cooked in the same oil as fish, so strict vegans may want to avoid them, but they were delicious nonetheless. The cauliflower was excellent. While the salad and tacos were small plates, the other dishes were more substantial, and we left the meal feeling very full. Next time, we plan to try a vegan sushi roll and the veggies in spicy garlic sauce. Overall, this dinner at Nobu was exceptional and one of the best vegan meals we had in Miami. The server was friendly and knowledgeable, the ambiance was elegant and cool, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Miami."
