"My daughter-in-law has strict food protocols. Pamela, our server, knew the protocols and used them herself. She went through an exhaustive detail of Anthony's protocols and recommended food items my daughter-in-law could have. Evidently that chef will clean an entire ahead that is set aside for this. All the preparation and cooking is completed there. Then that chef serves the customer. Start to finish, that chef is dedicated to that meal. Wow! The food was good. The view of the Falls was great. The service was over the top. The price was high but well worth it."
