"We went to the Melting pot on the Dec 31. Nowhere (booking app, their website) did it say that it will be a set 4 course dinner and no other options. We were with children and for over 45 mins our table was unattended, until we grabbed another server and asked for at least water. When the waiter came she admitted the mistake and said that she will make it up to us. That wasn’t the case in the end. Full bill, no add-ons. Our reservation was for 6:30, we walked out of the restaurant close to 9:30. Not enjoyable esp for the amount paid."
