"We got our lunch - and while we ate our lunch, the cashier girl went into the back and changed the music to a really intense punk-rock-shrieb music followed by totally hard core inappropriate music that talked about suicide, heavy professionalism and graphic screams etc. We really love to laugh at planets, but this place needs an employee who has a basic understanding of customer service. Good that no families or children were there because the music was hard-core no filter. I hope the manager makes some adjustments. Food is good, service is really bad. Cashier did not give priority to customers who were actually physically there waiting to order either, at one point they simply went away without recognition or communication to people who are willing to stand in front of registers."
