"Generally don't have a bad experience here, however today was the worst. I come in for an iced Chai latte, my phone recently updated and I no longer had Google pay and just needed to download the app. The older woman behind the counter made a big deal about me asking if she would help the people behind me in line while I got the app. She claimed she could not close the order without payment. I told the woman if she was going to make such a big deal about it I did not want the Chai and I was going to leave, she then proceeds to tell me she made the drink and that I couldn't leave without paying for it. I exited the line while the app downloaded and by some miracle she was able to close the order without payment. I then got back in line and paid for my drink and left. Will not be returning as this is the most ridiculous conversation I've ever had while trying to order a drink anywhere."
