"not enough service to walk around. has more than one server that a) are inattentive b) give them generic, dishonest, not thought to answer to simple questions like for sitting, food order, drinks, etc) and c) do not check them on them or follow them on request. we were satisfied with water and have taken orders for apps, but with the time we were willing not to order the server, they are sitting 2 new tables and would be in conversation with them and not look at our wise though our tables the ones they are going and passing each time. we asked with our original reservation, as well as with sitting, only one of the 4 tvs to change us into the game of the packer, and the server answered immediately naturally, but the tw was changed only before our departure. we had asked 3 times on the server before we resort to another busboy who actually said they don't know if it is possible and will check with manager. but no one came back to us. then we have someone with a headset that seemed like the manager 1.5 hours in our time, and 1 hour in the game if we can change the television. he said, maybe he'll check the only one who had taken them to the heart. as regards eating, we have taken our orders for the meal only after 1 hour into our time. again water was refilled by other migrating servers, but never to take our order, or to check for eating, other than if we wanted to keep the diving sauce from the appetizer. because this was a sports bar where we expected to watch a game on one of the tvs, and have some quick bites, it was beyond the look-up. the early piecesburger had a patty thinner than a standard breakfast sausage. will never be recommended to return."

"This review absolutely breaks my heart... ?Let me start by saying if it had not been for Nina, I would 've walked right back out! The new management has turned this place into a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The vibes are off and inconsistent with the place I once fell in love with. And the food fell a bit short of expectations. As a regular customer, I used to feel like this restaurant was my go-to. The food was always delicious, especially the clockwork cocktail and escargot. No one in all of Metro Atlanta made this drink the way they did. As a sommelier in training, I definitely knew the difference. It was literally so good I would drive from Atlanta just for the escargot and clockwork. HOWEVER, now, under this new management (specifically Cloe, although I think she lied about her name as she hesitated and rolled her eyes when I asked her on my way out), things are just inconsistent and unpredictable.Mind you, this is the same person who told me she couldn 't seat me in the corner booth because it was reserved for someone with reservations. I laughed because I can recognize misery when I see it. No big deal. I informed her that I had indeed called and made a reservation and would like to be seated there. Anyone with a toddler/child knows having a little wiggle room for your child to play around in is a lifesaver, especially when they 're Montessori raised. As a forward thinker, I just believe that in the long run, some important improvements can be made for this place to be as successful as it once was. Overall, I just feel like maybe a shift in service personnel is needed, along with a little communication from the previous owners about their menu ingredients. Maybe? I don 't know, I just know that this rude little girl Cloe needs to go. She 's the first impression someone will meet upon walking in, and it 's definitely not a pleasant experience.Thank you, Nina, for being genuine and personable. I am definitely grateful for your presence."
