"take advantage of the possibility of restaurant week to taste new places. service was friendly and allowed a small substitution on the order was very appreciated. bottle of wine did not arrive until the appetizers were served. so tasting the wine led less than hot starter (firecracker garnelen) to get even cooler. short ripening main course was. but far from spectacular. gluten-free chocolate cake had a cheesecake like texture and was very good. beautiful wine list for this type of operation. eight years in the desert (2021)."

"I could not WAIT for this place to finally open up! And it did not disappoint! The owner and the staff are super friendly and they really make you feel like it's a home away from home which is really hard to find in a place. The food is delicious. The gnocchi in the truffle sauce was well made and I could literally put that sauce on anything. I also enjoyed the steak crostintini which had a really nice tender steak that I enjoyed very much. Oh and don't even get me started on the smoothies!!! They were awesome! Thick and super favorable. Honestly if your looking for good food around this neighborhood I would highly recommended this place to Any and everyone!"

"Literally everything about our experience was fantastic primarily due to our phenomenal waitress, Elena. She was so kind, attentive, and gave wonderful tips for our upcoming trip to Italy. The auxiliary support staff are also so attentive and nice. The food, from appetizers to dessert, were delicious. We had bacon wrapped dates, focaccia bread, steak (filet mignon , ravioli, garlic mashed potatoes, and a blueberry lemon drop martini. For dessert, we had chocolate cake macaroons. Oh! And the peppermint tea is sooooo flavorful. Everything was cooked to perfection. The restaurant is a bit of a trek from the outside parking lot but worth the walk for sure. The decor is simple but warm, and the seating was very comfortable. There's plenty of space if you want to host a large group, or plenty of little tables for just an intimate dinner. We are coming back in a couple weeks for a birthday dinner (today was an anniversary dinner . It's our new favorite restaurant. :"

"There were 9 of us for a birthday party. We sat at a large table on a private deck overlooking the beach and the sea. It could not have been better than the sun set and moon rose. Dena was our dedicated server and was top notch. General drinks and great seafood and steaks were perfectly prepared and delicious. A good selection of deserts has been provided. The check was comparable to fine food in a metro area, but a bit pricy for Maine. A great experience as a whole."

"Fadó is a small chain of Irish pubs with 5 locations.I had the Harp Battered Chicken Tenders appetizer which, for some weird reason, came with potato wedges. Since when does an appetizer come with a side? Maybe it's their way of adding value, so you don't feel cheated for getting 5 small tenders for $13. The chicken tenders were really good, but I could have done without the potatoes (I'm not a fan of starchy sides used as a cheap filler).We just grabbed a quick dinner on a Wednesday in June when we were staying at a nearby hotel. We really didn't partake in the whole bar scene here.Service was friendly. He seemed taken aback at how quickly we moved with everything. I'm guessing much of the clientele sticks around for awhile. We like to get in and get out."

"First, when I made the reservation the indication on Open Table was that there was limited availability. As soon as I made the reservation, I received a phone call from the restaurant that very aggressively wanted to make sure that I was sure I would be able to make it and that I would be there on time. They did make me aware that there was a limited menu, however they could not tell me what was on the menu and told me I should check the write up in the local newspaper for the Best Places for dinner on Valentine 's Day for the menu. We arrived about 20 minutes early and the restaurant was basically empty. We were seated immediately. The restaurant slowly filled up over the 90 minutes that we were at our table, but nowhere near filled up to justify the limited reservation times and initial call to confirm the reservation. From there they had a limited choice of wine by the glass and the one my wife chose was $25 per glass with a very small pour. The appetizers were good. Both my wife and I got the crab cakes. The entrees were poor. I had the half smoked chicken and it was over cooked and very dry. My wife had the beef tenderloin and it was also overcooked. I got the red velvet cake for dessert and it was average. Fortunately my wife got the creme brulee and it was good so we ended on a fairly positive note. Big disappointment for what you would expect from a high end hotel restaurant and a Valentine 's Day dinner."

"valentines. bad menu. had the short ribs (usually short rib) very small portion, which was not seasoned and overcooked. the appetizer was even smaller and ok best. dessert was good. the waiter was inexperienced and said “my pleasure” to everything, instead of bringing his own customer service into play. he knew very little about the menu, the drinks or so. nicer guy who seemed hard to undertrain on all the options in the domain. had room service the next morning and spent 70 mice for 2 eggs, speck, and a bowl that was terrible. do not go back, restaurant, which seem to survive by being in the hotel, but there is lacking any character."

"Exceptional service. They made a couple of goofs with the food (no kale in the kale salad, no chicken in the chicken nachos). I felt embarrassed pointing out the issues to them, but they were quick to fix the issues without affecting the meal experience! I chalk up their goofs to our being one of the first groups of the day; the kitchen crew was probably getting warmed up. The dishes tasted delicious even with the goofs, and once they fixed the issues (very quickly might I add), the food tasted even better. We've been to several Yard Houses and this one stands out in service. We'll be back!"

"we always have great eating at this place. we went to silvester for dinner at 7 with some friends and everything was great except the noise level. they had a dj on the dinner side, which was good, but the music was super loud and not appropriate evening dinner music. I get it new years eve, but the party music should have started a little later than all families have finished eating. the only other output was the limited bar menu and no wine was offered. we asked the manager if we could get a bottle and they allowed us to buy one. eating was great and the menu, although limited was good. the personal was super friendly and has received all our desires. in any case they give this place an attempt, they are brilliant!"

"Had a great dinner. The staff and the service were the best notch. Everyone was gracious and attentive, without being overlaid. The live piano added an extra nice touch to the whole atmosphere. I ordered Calamari for my appetizers and it was delicious! It was beautiful and crispy with two amazing sauces. My main dish was the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend this restaurant!"

"The restaurant has a beautiful setting and we were seated promptly at a nice table. It took a bit of time for the server to come over, but we were able to order drinks and our meal right away. The tortilla soup was delicious, although the portion size was a bit small for the price. Our entrees, the brisket burger and tamale bowl, were both excellent. We were impressed by how good the tamale bowl was. It took a while to receive the bill, but overall the quality of the food made up for it. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"Nice place excellent service. It is a bit darker than I like, but whatevs. The seating and everything is well done with plenty of space between tables. If you cannot find a beer you like, you may not like beer as there are plenty of options. Plenty of food options. I wasn't very hungry and only had an appetizer, the 4 cheese spinach artichoke dip. If that is a fair representation of the other food options, then the food options are good."

"We went to South Coast for lunch. The first disappointment was the wine. For a winery, our selection was limited and it was served in a cheap-looking wine glass. My wife ordered a Caesar salad, which lacked shaved Parmesan and croutons. I ordered a cold cut panini, which had very little meat - just a slice of meat and a few slices of salami. I had to redistribute the meat to make one decent half, but it still wasn't satisfying."

"Second time here and it was completely different than the first time. We went back on my recommendation because it was so great and this time it was not. Same type of group for dinner 5 adults and a 3 year old. This time however, service and kitchen was extremely slow, we had to ask where our dinner was and then again find the waitress for our check. The fried clams specifically were either over cooked or had been cooked earlier heated and served. All that being said, my first trip here was great. Delicious apps and dinners, great service, attentive (when finding with a toddler that’s important) and everything was very timely. So I would still recommend it as my experience is 50/50."
