"we had a very bad experience, they did not even know that they were on open table, so when we arrived, they told us that they would close, so when I told them that we had a reservation, they told us that they did not make any reservations (until I showed them that they did it.) we ordered matzoh balls that were in order, and some pastrami and marindes were not coming back."
