"We very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Caragiulo's. I ordered the ‘eggplant parmesan al forno’, which is layers of eggplant, tomato, ricotta mozzarella (sort of in a lasagnes style). It was delicious! My dad had the chicken parmigiana and throughly enjoyed it. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and comfortable. The ladies working at the host stand were lovely and got us a table right away without a reservation. Our waitress was the only damper to the experience as she seemed disinterested and never checked on us once throughout the meal. I didn’t get an opportunity to order another glass of wine because she didn’t come back. The other servers and bartender, that I observed, looked more attentive."
