"We had a reservation that was made online, but the restaurant was in disarray, not clean, and not ready for customers because there was a private party in the late afternoon that must have run over the allotted time. It appeared they were short staffed as we had to wait for anyone to come take our drink order. The happy hour menu listed frozen drinks, but when we ordered them, we were told that they were unable to make any frozen drinks that day. There were of us in our party, and when the meals were brought to the table, the waiter brought one meal at a time, and the fourth person in our party had to wait a considerable longer time for her meal while the rest of us also waited to eat until all members of our party had their dinners. We had to flag the waiter down to get our drinks refilled as well. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our visit, especially since we were there to celebrate a family member's birthday"
