"5 stars all around. The atmosphere was cozy yet elevated, service was timely, pleasant, and not pushy, and the food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the tofu bibimbap, bulgogi bibimbap, and sweet garlic chicken wings. All were perfect. Before we received our meals, we were served miso soup which was perfectly balanced between miso paste, scallions, tofu, and nori. My favorites among the bonchon were the cucumbers and potato salad. The chicken wings were crispy and dipped in a sweet garlic sauce. The bibimbap came hot and frying in a cast iron skillet that included white rice, wilted spinach, bean sprouts, leafy greens, cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, and purple cabbage. The tofu was fried to perfection. I read some reviews that mentioned the bibimbap was not as tasty as they liked, but I found it to be near perfect. The idea is to flavor your bibimbap with any combination on condiments on the table like you would with pho.
