"I gave this restaurant two chances, but unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I found a booger crumb with a small hair inside my sandwich wrapper. The second time, the workers were unprofessional and the manager, Latoya, struggled to take my order correctly. I had to help the cashier fix my order at the window, while Latoya seemed too busy to assist. When I discovered my order was incorrect, I went back to fix it and found out they had forgotten to include the guacamole that I paid extra for. Latoya's suggestion to put it on the side was not what I had asked for. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant, rated 1/10."
