"The food is fresh and delicious. We have some food allergies, and I appreciate that they take the time to call and double-check, which is fantastic. However, I've encountered an issue during my last two online orders. They adjusted the total and charged me extra for "add-ons," even though I didn't request any. The only thing I specifically asked for was to omit sesame seeds and seaweed paper due to my allergy. Instead of reducing the charge for removing those items, I ended up being charged more. That doesn’t seem fair."
