"The service was less than sufficient for a restaurant that was not very busy. We came with a group of 8. We waited about 10 minutes to wait, which was not a big deal. After we ordered it took a while to get our drinks, ordered some food and waited for that. When our food came, it was great, we had finished the food and asked for our controls and the waitress told us how it was separated. It took 10 minutes to return; then she ended writing it down as it should be separated. Then we waited 20 minutes for our cheques, and they were completely messed up. The waitress seemed to be upset that our controls were wrong and torn them out of people's hands when they said they were wrong. The wrong checks had to wait 10 minutes to get the right tickets. After returning the “right controls” they were still wrong. She was frustrated with us again because they were still wrong. A manager (I guess came to talk to us about how it was wrong and how we wanted it to fix it and gave us the reason why it took so long that the computer crashed. That would not have been a problem if they had told us to start with it. We told the manager? It was frustrating that the controls were repeatedly wrong. The (manager? told us: “I don’t need a setting,” and we just stopped talking. We tried to get our controls for over 30 minutes and were then met with a terrible customer service. I was really excited to try Marleys, and it was certainly one of the most disappointing food experiences I ever had. As a college student working in the food industry, I understand that sometimes it is hard and things go wrong, but I know if "adults" were there, it would have been a completely different experience. I've never been as disrespected as a paying customer just because of my age."

"Oh my, i usually don't put in reviews that aren't positive, but today's experience at this restaurant put a foul taste in my mouth. First of all i have been to this restaurant over 15-18 times, honestly everytime was satisfactory for a La Canada Mexican food restaurant, but this time with our waitress was the worst, i came in with my wife and two adult aged daughters for taco Tuesday, first of all should have known this was not gonna go well when i saw our waitress, she had already had an attitude when we asked a couple questions about the menu, we had her before and was never happy with her service. So anyways our order was messed up, my wife did not receive her order of tacos, we waited for our waitress to return, well after 10 minutes she showed up, i asked her that we were still waiting for her plate of food, she said my wife did not order anything and walked away, my wife and i both looked at each other in confusion, well that was weird, my wife did in fact order, she orderd second, and the waitress clearly forgot to put it in, so why did she not ask us to put order in after saying my wife did not order, instead she took off, at this point my wife and my family wanted walk out and leave this place, my wife said ask for the bill and we left shortly after. I still tipped her 15% because other staff probably get a portion of the tip, but should have left her nothing, never going back there anymore even though my family loves their fresh guac. Too bad our waitress did not care for us dinning there tonite, because she could have done right without the attitude, and lack of service. Lack of common sense is so sad, especially when the person is incompetent at their job."
