"The service at this place is absolutely horrible. We were only a party of three; however the waitresses spent more time catering and taking photos with the larger parties. Our food took a very long time to come out and when it finally did it did not come out at the same time. I ordered the shrimp grits when they arrived they were cold. My friends ordered several items that never came out and when we advised the waitress she just said “oh thats what the cook was talking about”. Never apologized or anything. At this point we were ready to go. We also paid for bottomless mimosas which we only received 2 carafes and minimal juice. They “ran” out of flutes so we were given regular cups. Even though all of the other tables around us had flutes. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk, let alone think. This restaurant could be great given its concept; however the lack of customer service will inevitably be their downfall. I likely will not be returning."
