We were one of only two tables there and after waiting forever the brunette female server could barely be bothered with taking our order and spent 30 minutes or so telling the only other table how hard her job was while we kept waiting. "I felt like I was on the edge of being forgotten. Salad arrived with no silverware. Had to ask twice for my roll. The steak somehow was undercooked and yet hard to cut like it was flash cooked, very unsatisfying"

"Ordered cinnamon french toast to go. Recieved it covered in whip cream even though it does not have any on the pictures or description online, making it jot edible for me. Item is not advertis3d as having whip cream, yet it did anyways. Been trying to call the store to get a refund/replacement for about 20 minutes straight and the phone just gets ignored, so now I have to take more time out of my day to go into the store in hopes to get this fixed."
