"I stopped to order some food for my father and delivered it later on the day. I was just in town for a few hours and would go before dinner, but wanted to make sure he was ready for dinner for him in the evening. Unfortunately, there were no delivery drivers for the time I requested the delivery. While I had given up my order and talked to the owner and the server (Caroline), I had mentioned that the delivery was for my disabled father who just lived on the street, a few minutes walk away, but he was not able to go (or drive) to get his food. Even if there is not someone available to deliver, Caroline said that she would work it. This sweet girl came back to work after her shift to get and supply my father food for him. I was of her generosity and willingness to help us. I told her she didn't have to do this and that we could take the delivery earlier so she didn't have to come back 2 hours after her shift, but she insisted. It is so challenging to take care of older parents, especially from another home, and things are not often easy for us, so I appreciated this act of kindness so much. I spoke to the owner before and always had pleasant interactions. The food is always delicious and with customer service so, I hope they come for many, many years. I cannot recommend this place enough!"
