"The food and ambience were great, but the service definitely needs improvement. Although our server was very nice, she nor anyone ever came around to check on us after our food arrived. Our drinks were empty, and even though the food was good, I was a server for 5 years and always expect someone to at least come around once to see how everything is, especially for drinks where they have the opportunity to increase their sales, but no one came around to check on anything once after the meal was delivered. We waited a long time for our plates to be cleared as well, and we never saw our server but saw all the other workers hanging around the host stand talking the whole time. All in all, the food was good and I loved the ambience and decor, but you should never have to get up out of your seat more than once to ask someone for service."
