"Great food and great service are what you except, and is what you have always gotten... However, the food has gone downhill. I got cold mushrooms with my surloin tip order, my wife got half raw waffles with her chicken and waffles, the side of hash browns was burnt and my son got chocolate chip pancakes instead of his chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Once this was brought to the attention of the staff we were still given a bill of $45.76 with no adjustment. I didn't ask for another plate of anything, just to make them aware, but some reduction of my bill should have been done without asking, the manager stopped by once he was aware and still nothing was adjusted. This is absolutely disappointing."
