"Today arrived in drive thru placed order 1105 am with 5 cars in front of me and it takes 30 mins to get order that is not only wrong but cold fries no Mayo on sandwich as asked for after getting the correct sandwich it still had no Mayo and no napkins, needless say a place that I have visited regularly for a long time I will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch"

"Slower than molasses nobody can get anybody to work anymore the government must be giving them a check to stay at home. they don't have enough employees and the ones that are working are overwhelmed and slow. And this is happening at every fast food restaurant and all major restaurants. They used to have the best breakfast and now you can't even hardly get any."

"Filthiest, most disgusting fast food restaurant I've EVER been in bar none! Floors were so sticky and greasy the concrete OUTSIDE the door was dirty from the filth being tracked outside from inside the dining area. The credit card machine was disgusting and covered in grease and dirty finger prints. The display on the cash register was so dirty you couldn't read the display. The clear sneeze guard was opaque with smeared, dirty, finger prints. The soda machine area had some kind of bacterial growth surrounding it. And the tables all had soda/grease on them. Unbelievable!"

"Well ordered chicken stripes with fries X 2 they messed up the oder in front of me I heard the woman behind me oder she order one tea one lemonade I ordered one coke one sprite what do you think I got? Tea one tea one lemonade I don't know what the woman behind me got because they had already messed up two ordered lol."

"At the drive thru I order a chocolate and cookies and cream milkshake. Got to the window and receive my milkshakes. Both were very runny (to much milk). I told the drive thru cashier I?ll come in for this. When I walked into Jack?s, I noticed a lady(employee) at the hand washing station blowing her nose and didn?t was her hands. She seasoned the fries afterwards. Themanager remade my milkshakes and I was please. Not sure if I?ll return to this location."

"This facility is absolutely beautiful the location is awesome they have a changing station in the men's restroom bathroom for clean. The facility was great the people just so happened to be the worst experience I have ever had a fast food restaurant Inoticed that when taking orders the attitude was not courteous and polite as you would expect and spite having more than enoughpeople on staff it seem that nobody could get their order taken."

"We've been to breakfast on Sunday for a while. We had terrible time driving thru waiting from previous visits. This visit had to be even worse for time. We are in the drive thru line and waited about 6 minutes with just one car out of the track. I went in since breakfast soon, and waited almost 15 minutes inside to get just a bacon. When we finally got the cookie, it was nice and fresh and tasteful. I just wish I didn't have to wait until a single piece was ordered."
