"The 'Big Kirk '. 1/2 lb. of seasoned beef, fire-grilled medium rare over open charcoal flame and served on a lightly toasted steak-roll. This burger is dressed with crisp lettuce,onions, pickles, MAYO, ketchup, and mustard. The steak roll was a great change of pace for me. This well seasoned, perfectly cooked and dressed patty came in at a 7.65 Kirks still use the same butcher from 1948 and worth a stop. Alberto had amazing customer service and truly went above and beyond for the cheeseburger king. That’s the review."
