"Before I start my review, a comment to other customers, cut these guys some slack, they're understaffed and still absolutely killing it, unless you've worked in customer service and have dealt with severe understaffing, please try to be more understanding and considerate. They are people too. The only Friendly's I'll come to. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Even when dealing with being severely understaffed, they keep a smile on their faces and do their best. I truly hope that their hard work and constant excellence in customer service is being recognized and rewarded. They deserve it! My boyfriend and I came here today and they only had one server, Anastasia, she was wonderful, despite being the only server. She was so pleasant. The hostess was awesome too. This place has a truly amazing team on hand. We kept seeing the hostess and kitchen crew come up front to help buss tables and help the server, awesome team work! We'll definitely be back. I hope they end up getting more staff for their own sake and sanity."
