"Chiso Sushi Izakaya has very good sushi, decent service, wonderful atmosphere, and wouldn't you know it? Well run. We staggered in as a party of 7 at 9:00, praying they would let us in. We'd been turned down this late before, but lo and behind, they sat us! Their cocktails are very creative and tasty, although I found them a bit weak. My eel roll was phenomenal, and came with sriracha and soy sauce, which I'd never had with this particular roll. Tasted two other rolls (forgot the name of one, spicy tuna was the other) which were of equal quality. Apps (edamame and gyoza) came out very fast and were also delicious. My only gripe here is that they charge gratuity to a party of 7. Who does that? 8 I've heard before, but 7?"
