"Ordered a full slab of ribs. Ribs were cooked perfectly. I prefer a heavy sweet dry rub on my ribs, these were essentially unseasoned. Natural smoked. So the taste was based on the quality of the meat and smoke. The texture was perfect in that they were tender, but not overcooked. They were a generous portion and I am a big eater, who was satisfied. The accompanying sauces made up for the lack of a dry rub at the table, but I rate the food before I add anything. Regardless of my opinion I think you should try this restaurant if you have not been there, it might become your new favorite."
