"Billy's on Grand is a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal outdoors! I really enjoyed the Mac n' cheese and shrimp po'boy. Despite having just one server who also doubled as the bartender for the patio, the service was friendly and the food arrived hot. The fries were particularly exceptional, with a perfect balance of tenderness on the inside and crispiness on the outside, topped with a delicious dusting of salt. Whoever is responsible for making the fries at Billy's has definitely taken the dining experience to the next level!"
