"I made reservations beforehand to meet a friend with the special request, sitting on a couch near the fire. On arrival I noticed that there was no available. I informed the hostess and she reacted that she was aware of my request, but since she had to go back, a server sat someone else in the available couch. (a RESERVED sign might have been useful) We sat in a stand. The server was very nice and pleasant, BUT it was probably 15-20 min ago welcomed and we were only checked once. This is not the experience we usually get when visiting Brickhouse in the past."
