"Ordered pupusas de maíz of two kinds: revueltas y queso. La pupusa de queso was almost inedible, with the cheese to dough ratio being off and the entire pupusa essentially being melty greasy cheese, and the masa tasting like it had not been seasoned with salt. The pupusa revuelta, however, blew me away. I have not had a pupusa that good in years. The beans were cooked and seasoned amazingly and the pupusa itself wasn’t overly greasy, and had perfect texture. The inside vibe of the place is a little bit sleepy, but they do have tons of really cute decorations and souvenirs for sale, so that’s a plus. Their curtido was decently seasoned but lacked oregano, and the salsa they served on the side was not as fresh, spicy, and flavorful as I would’ve preferred. This place has earned a good review with that pupusa revuelta alone, though."
