"Il Pavone was the first restaurant we went to after moving into Rossmoor ten years ago. And frankly had not returned to until today for a pizza pick up. The restaurant itself is a little claustrophobic and I'm not a fan of carpets in restaurants.My wife and I come from areas back east where pizza is the best. But I'm here to write: Il Pavone makes a pizza that tops it. The crust! I have never eaten a better crust. The crust alone is worth the price. I had their classic pepperoni and told them to make like they want to make it to see what they thought was good. They did and it was great. Really great!!!"
