"This review is ONLY based on Customer Service Etiquette ! Scenerio: been to this restaurant before (before Covid). Coming from Philly. Bringing my 90+ year old Mother. Got there at 4pm, since the restaurant stated on their website opens at that time. We walked up to the entrance and was greeted by one of the owners, wife and she put her hand up with 5 fingers. No response, hand gesture. What class! I said, oh, in 5 minutes and she shook her head no and then stated 5pm. I nicely said to her, we came from Philly and your website stated 4pm. She shook her shoulders in saying, so what . First and foremost, she was RUDE ! No class! Second, you have a website for your business, you are responsible for updating it! Or take it down, if you don 't want to be bothered! To not be nice in speaking to us! To be rude to an elder! Well, if you feel like, you are able to be rude towards your customers, who are your paycheck and do not care if you lose them. Then contiune on going down that road and the business will soon faulter. You would think, how Covid affected alot of food establishments, that you would be more congenial towards your customers. I guess my money does not count!"
