"The restaurant did not honor our reservation, claiming they no longer worked with Open Table. The hostess was rude and unhelpful, until the manager stepped in and squeezed us into a table meant for 4 people. We were uncomfortable, but hungry so we had to make do. I do not recommend this place unless you don't mind waiting for a long time on a busy day like Sunday."

"The hostess seated us right away. For breakfast, we had the option of a buffet or ordering from the menu, and we chose to order from the menu. Healthy options are clearly marked, and I opted for the avocado and poached egg on toast. Our meals arrived within 20 minutes and were served hot. While the menu prices are in line with what you'd expect at a Waldorf Astoria, they feel a bit high for the Orlando area."

"Regarding the service, it is very attentive, not bordering on being uncomfortable or unprofessional. It is suitable for any type of meeting that requires privacy and attention. The food is flavorful, although the lasagna was a bit over-seasoned. The portion sizes are adequate, but the mushroom ravioli could use a better portion size for the price. The drinks are a good size and have good flavor. Overall, it is a restaurant that leaves you wanting to come back to try their variety of Italian cuisine again."
