"Decided to try some of the local taquerias for breakfast burritos near my office in Southwest Fort Worth. Funny, most places don't open for breakfast until after 8 am or later. These taquerias must have banker's hours.I ended up at @La Tortilandia on Berry since they were open earlyService was quick and friendly.Ordered 3 breakfast burrito eggs a la Mexicana (eggs grilled with Pico de gallo) and chorizo. Eggs were nice and soft and slightly runny, just the way I like them with the Pico just mildly grilled, so the tomatoes and jalapenos were still crispy, and you can taste a subtle amount of cilantro and lime. The Chorizo was well seasoned and not too greasy, with a right ratio of 2/3 eggs to 1/3 chorizo.Flour tortillas were fresh and on the thin side but had a slightly chewy and slightly fluffy texture. I just wish it was grilled a lot more crispy. The green salsa had a nice kick of spice with a mildly roasted flavor and a pinch of lime and cilantro.It's pretty good and worth a revisits.
