"We're here 8-9 months ago, and I was there at least a dozen times. This is my first restaurant review at all, but I find it necessary because this place deserves it. The Bureau 510 is really one of my Faves. I recommend everything. My favorite dishes are The Bayou, No.27, which there are the most basic burgers, and waffles with ala mode. Great!"
