"Bootleggers used to be our favorite spot to dine whenever we visited Old City, we always enjoyed the lively atmosphere, fun vibe, and great drinks. During our most recent visit, the food was served cold and the server couldn't be bothered with us, even though there were only a few tables there she just sat at the bar on her phone and ignored us. It was around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night when we left and the place was completely dead. They had decent happy hour drink specials and the neighborhood is fun but honestly I probably will not go back, there is too much competition around."
