"Pretty disappointing. Odd taste. Very salty. Prime rib pieces had a lot of fat on them. The order was not good sized. It was a SMALL SUPPER CLUB NACHOS PRIME RIB). Threw about half of it away. Between tip, fee, cost of small nachos $32. Definitely not worth it. BelAir Cantina nachos much better and half the price. I have been to Buckatabon a couple of times in person) and really enjoyed food and felt cost was reasonable, but this was a bit of a disaster. Never again. :"

"Food is good but this place is very hit or miss when it comes to actually receiving your order. I’ve never been to the physical location, but I place my orders through Uber eats or Postmates. Half the time I wait for my order only to find out it’s been canceled 30 minutes to an hour later. This has happened on numerous occasions and twice today. If they aren’t taking online orders they need to shut it down during those hours so people can’t place orders, otherwise customers will think their order is coming and spend their whole lunch break waiting for food that will never come. I followed up with a call to see what was going on with my order and they immediately hung up on me. My wife and I order from this place about once a week because we like their chicken wraps, but their service is terrible and misleading. Don’t hang up on customers before they can even finish their sentence. Literally all I said was “Hi is this Black Sheep lodge?” And then I was hung up on. Over the last few months Black Sheep Lodge has randomly been canceling our orders. I’d say it has happened at least 10 times in that span. And our orders are always over $50. That’s at least $500 they’ve missed out on by randomly canceling our orders with no explanation. Not to mention all the time my family and I wasted waiting for our dinner/lunch. Please get it together and fix your ordering system so that people get the orders that they place. This is getting ridiculous."
