"I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN! I ordered through grubhub and my order arrived without my sandwich. I called to figure out what happened only to be yelled at. I was told they were out of corned beef and someone tried to call me. I never got a call. Then I overheard her asking her employee if he called me. He said no and he just refunded it on grubhub. Then she told me she didn't have my phone number because I ordered through grubhub (also told me I should never have ordered through grubhub), while I overheard her employee read off my phone number. The woman started yelling at me that there's nothing she can do because they are so busy and she doesn't have a driver. I asked her to stop yelling at me and she continued to yell that they cancelled the sandwich and there's nothing she can do because she's too busy. Finally she said she would refund my order completely for my trouble. Then, instead she texted me a picture of the order without the sandwich. She was so rude!Not to mention, that the pasta salad came super oily and with oily spilled in the bag and all over the silverware, napkins, and other items.I called back to follow up on the refund and they just continued to hang up on me."
