"when you come to bed saku they know they are for a visual and culinary experience. I went on a busy Saturday night before a comedy show and the only reason I was late in the show because I wanted to try more and more eating on the menu. all they order sharply their curorisity and taste buds. as a fan of bourbon I started with the lemongrass wasting cocktail, the lemon and the honey blended perfectly when I waited for the first dishes. I just started and worked up the menu. I will say to make it through the menu, it takes two to three more visits. for this visit, I put with the menu yakitori and small plates. first were the Saku riders. I would have liked a little more truffle aioli, just to have more of a dipping sauce for the few who were not covered in the quality. next was the Yakitori offer of ribeye, black bell and Shoshito-Pfeffer. of all that I ate at this point (yes there is more) was the ribeye of the star. the homemade sriracha with the five seasoned is a perfect bite. I say the rib was number one until the lambpops hit the table. lamb cooked to a perfect temperature, and the chimichurri added this beautiful contrast with the lamb. I can also not forget the miso togorashi corn, which was cut into small ribs and wish for a whole coal of mais. a huge compliment to the staff because the service matched the eating. rozzy was attentive and able to answer questions. they can say that the personal white, the menu and the suggestions for their palate fit were great. I also need to talk to one of the owners to share my experience and add the service. the aim of the restaurant is to serve large foods and drinks in an atmosphere they will never forget, depending on its website. they did the definitiw from the first sight to the last bite. I have eaten many sushi and Yakitori restaurants throughout the nation and this is one of the tops. a great place for a meal, date night or a stop while visiting the queen city."
